After a couple of rounds of PSR and some primer, the big bits are glued together. Not the canopy or the front of the cowling though, still got a bit of work to do there.

That's coming along splendidly! The fuselage looks great and that cab forward layout is really distinct.

Thanks Jason, the look is really growing on me ---- It's got quite a sleek appearance.

The wing and tail look very familiar, but the rest is totally different.

Amazing how much a change of cockpit position changes the entire look of a model.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Thanks Kit, as I said further up, it's really growing on me and I'm beginning to prefer it over the Wyvern that was built. Once it's done, I'll take a couple of photos of it with the RR Mustang FTB/PVF I've got made.

Nearly there --- just some small detail parts and the u/c left. Then the decals, although I've got to wait for an order to come from Hannants to complete that. I'll put on what I have though --

What a strange beast. A really unusual look. Well done.
Owing to the current financial difficulties, the light at the end of the tunnel will be turned off until further notice.

Thanks.

It was one of the three options Westland proposed to the RN.

I think that looks really good - and I agree that it's much more elegant than the real machine.
