I attached the lower wings today.  Fit was, ummmmm, challenging.
However I beat it into shape any it shouldn't need too much PSR under there.

Rudder is attached after making good on the attachment face - one fuselage half was 1 mm longer than the other.
I have also fitted one horizontal tail.

You're going Tophe's way?  ;D
Owing to the current financial difficulties, the light at the end of the tunnel will be turned off until further notice.

Here is Scale Reference Riot Squad Officer with the works so far.
The Lego character is perfect with your model, showing that this egg-plane cannot be serious, can it?  ;D

Sorry, no.  It now has two.  I find it easiest to fit one side, let the glue dry and then fit the other.  Makes it easier to get them lined up symmetrically.

Started on the engine.  Instructions show it being fitted backwards.

Makes it easier to get them lined up correctly.
The word "correctly" belongs to another world than whif (what-ifers are judged incorrect...). :-\
I would rather say "pleasingly". ;D

PSR stage 1 done on the fuselage but I have put off priming while I attach parts to their parts which will benefit from a strong plastic to plastic bond with no paint in the way.
Namely the UC legs to the fuselage and the struts to the upper wing.
My plan is to build the upper wing with all the struts in place so I can paint it, attach rigging and then glue it onto a completed, painted fuselage and lower wing before simply glueing the lower ends of the rigging wires into pre drilled holes.
Well, that's the plan anyway...

Best laid plans and contact with the enemy etc.

Such a BIG model! :o

Where are you going to find room for it?

Are you sure you don't have 2:1 scale hands?
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)
