Kit'll be happy, a 1/24 Mini Moke!  Two versions, standard and a Prisoner taxi.

They also do some Mk.1 Mini variants, a van, pick-up and a woody.

There's some LWB conversions for the Italeri Transit.

They also do accessories too.  Lots of wheels especially.

Resin, so they're not cheap.

I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Damn.

I've just fallen in lust with their 1/24 suspension sets.  Complete IRS & IFS with real springs.  I could so make use of a few sets of those.

A Prisoner Moke would also be nice in the stash.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Yes indeedy!

The guy who's doing the Mokes, presumably Mr. Motobitz, got in touch with me about 2 yrs ago about doing a Twini-Moke kit, but when I told him there were only three of them ever made, he reckoned it wouldn't sell.

It wouldn't stop me getting a standard one and modifying it to a Twini, if I could afford it though.  ;D

And I'm with you on those suspension kits Fred, they look REALLY good. The IRS looks to be based on the Jaguar 'crate' they used on the E-Type and almost everything else at that time, but without the cursed sheet metal frame around it.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

I believe there were about half a dozen made downunder, Kit.

Didn't Number Six drive a Lotus Seven before he became Number Six?
A nice two car diorama could be built using one of these and the Tamiya Caterham (backdated as needed).

If I get enforced lockdown forced on me a rewatch of The Prisoner is in order.

Tamiya's 24th Lotus 7 is pretty much perfect to do P's car, KAR 120C.  I did it myself a good 30 years back and I've a pair to do it again sometime in the future.

First episode here and it has the longer title sequence.

Twini-Mokes, or single engined Mokes Brian?
