The Canadian pilots are fully proficient in the new-generation Golden Eagle fighters. The deceptive camoflage is applied, and the attack on US bases in Alaska is forthcoming.

The initial wave will consist of a mix of Canadian, British, and Russian a/c.

I love the way the aircraft is silhouetted into a F-15...  I'd would have put the unwanted parts a very light grey instead of white, since white can be spotted rather far away!

Since you did mention how the first wave would be a mix of Canadian, British, and Russian a/c so I could see why someone thought you might also mean that the attack was a joint effort, possibly right down to combined insignia on the a/c involved.
