Looking good with added colour.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

This is an awesome build! There's a newish YT channel called The Atoll, and it solely looks at everything to do with Waterworld. (I say newish because it's only a couple years old.)

He's done a video on the Hellfire gunboat, and his most recent video is the refueller barge.

Thanks mate, I left a comment on that video and the channel owner sent me some photos to help with the model , apart from one (expensive) book there is little behind the scenes info and basically no other photos or details

This bit will be mostly covered up so I decided to have some fun
Been using everything in my rust tray for this lots of different coloured washes , I base coated the while thing in Dulux Rust Effects straight from the aerosol can it has a great texture but pretty happy with the grungy effect so far that matches up nicely to the screen grabs of the actual vessel

Was that really 32 years ago?

Looking very busy

Do you use double sided sticky tape to hold them down ? I found some nice "padded" stuff in my local £Store here in the UK a couple of years ago and bought half of what they had on display. It's ideal for that and similar jobs  Whatever you are using looks quite similar.
