What countries are in Latin America?
I assume it's all countries south of the US border, starting with Mexico all the way down to Chile. <checks inflatable world globe>
And all the islands like Cuba, Jamaica etc? Is that definition good enough or does it need amending?

And of course any of these 'Forgotten Nations'  Forgotten Nations Website. Check out the Conch Republic!

Most definitely!  *low chuckle* Where do you think the term "Banana Republic" originated?  Latin American (esp. Central American) countries in commercial thrall to United Fruits and raising bananas.

Interesting question Nick, as half of the southern US would qualify if you simply used language as the criteria  :P I would say all countries south of the US border but excluding the Caribbean Islands, as they are much more Anglo/French/Dutch.

As for me then my Greater Mexican Airforce and Airforce of the S American Unon are all ready to fight those dammed Gringo's and their Brazillian lackey's  - Viva Fox - Viva Villa ! (Pancho, not that West Midlands outfit)

Hmm, I wonder if an aircraft in the markings of the CSAF (Confederate States Air Force) would be acceptable?  Some interesting possibilities there.

Already doing one ;)  :D  :D  :D
Hmm, perhaps a SHAR FA.2 in Brazilian markings, Brazilian Naval markings to be precise, operating along side their Skyhawks?  You could probably use the FCM decals for the Skyhawk.
Have you got my house bugged Evan?  :o  ;)    :D  :D  :D  :D

How about an Argei Vulcan with a Thacher detecting missle. Hones in on politician who want to make a pole tax.

Never quite figured that one out ya know, but I'm sure it played hell with farm owners, having to pay a tax for each pole holding their fences up.
