By the way, use the Amodel Hawker Hart kit. Blue Rider got it wrong identifying the aircraft as a Demon. If you look at the rear gunner's coaming and the exhaust, it matches a Hart, not a Demon.

You could also add the Carreidas 160 and a Quantas Boeing 707 from Flight 714. And the San Theodoran Mil Mi-1 from Tintin and the Picaros.

I just happen to be working on that very same Mil Mi-1 at the moment. I've also got an epic kitbash set aside for the Carreidas 160, but I'm not sure I want to dive into that just yet.

I'm debating my next Tintin projects, but early contenders are:

- Model T Ford (and tiny locomotive) from Tintin in the Congo
- Lunar Tank from Explorers on the Moon
- Beechcraft from The Calculus Affair.

Not quite sure which way I want to go just yet though...

I'm well ken to see that! As far as Tintin builds go, that one's a bit of a Grail for me. I hadn't quite figured out what I would kitbash it from, so I'm very interested to see the route you take.

It appears that you are to Tintin modelling what I am (at least attempting to be) to Biggles...

The Tintin stuff I listed are only what I have in the stash. I have other kits or scratchbuilds on my wanted list, though Biggles subjects generally take precedence.

Awesome! Thankyou! I think I may have seen that once before but wasn't paying attention properly. I have now added a Dassault Falcon 50 and F-111 to my list of kits to (eventually) track down. I couldn't do a scratchbuild, but a kitbash from those two is easily within the realms of possibility.

I've seen and studied that build many times.  It's great, but at 1/100 scale it's too small for me.  I've got an idea of what I want to do... but we'll see if it's going to work.

Hah! True, but my entire Tintin collection is in 1/72 scale (or as near as possible). 1/144 scale airplanes are one thing... 1/144 scale cars are another.
