The Wooksta!

One way system? They can hadaway and bollards!  Had enough of that in Fenwicks on friday and vowed *NEVER* to set foot in there again.  I've mild claustophobia and detest being trapped.

I can't see the Kit Sale happening though. They'd have de-contamination stations on the way in AND on the way out!

Given the state of some modellers, decontamination should have been applied before they leave their homes. And that's not just because of the current virus!

Given the number of confirmed soap dodgers, sheep dip and sand blasting would be better.

You know the type - you can smell them a mile off before you see the brown cloud around them.

So it's not just here then...

Oh absolutely and not disagreeing in the least!  It was your turn of phrase that made me laugh out loud.

Started chuckling just now thinking about and had to read the post again.  Another belly laugh.

I know them only too well, Lee!!   When I was teaching, I used to dread them turning up at parents' evenings..........extreme nasal GBH once a term;   as well as the brown cloud, many of them seemed to think that toothpaste was dangerous and that a garlicky curry and several pints was proper preparation for their attendance.

As one of my colleagues said to me later, experiencing them explains a lot about their children!!

In a train swap meet in a small town, when I was a seller, an old fat guy, with open trousers zipper, brushed across all the tables and exposed models... :o
He's still fondly remembered...  ;D
Owing to the current financial difficulties, the light at the end of the tunnel will be turned off until further notice.

They are the reason I never turn up at a swap and sell on time.
I let those with no personal hygiene or manners elbow each other and get snatchy for the first half hour before I rock up.  No model kit is worth going through that for.

Despite the lack of personal hygiene, such people never seem to catch anything .   I wonder if it's because no self-respecting bacillus would go near them...............or is it that their effluvium generates a cauterised area around them that no one else dares to enter.

When I was a small child one of our local tramps (we had a couple in the area) used to tell us that he was very healthy because of the fact he was "as nature intended". Very interesting guy who used to fascinate us kids.
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.
