Nice teaser picture.   Small and dark so we can't see too much detail before the reveal when its finished.

Well done.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

  ;D
It's still missing a couple of bits that will change the look a bit so i'll be holding back on the pics for a while now.
Last night i finally decided what the loadout will be and i'm going to keep it simple. Centerline pylon doesn't fit very well so i still need to think about what to do to that one.
Still haven't decided what scheme and colors to spray on it, though...

I've been slowly working on this but still have quite a bit of work to do on it... Managed to get it painted and had a few delays due to bad planning of the build, should've painted the intakes before assembly as they were hard to get masked and properly sprayed... :banghead:
Didn't come out very well but i just moved on and learned the lesson for future builds... Still, the simple scheme has been finished and just needed a few touch ups due to my sweaty hands and a different tone of the same XF-19 on the underside... I think it was due to it being the last drops in an old and the pigment was very diluted... I'll just use a new jar and fix it.
Besides that, it also needs a couple of details masked and sprayed before i can spray some gloss varnish and move on to the decals.
I know the simple scheme wont be appealing to many but i like it simple as it is and i believe the markings will make it a bit more interesting.
I've had another idea concerning the ordnance loadout and while i was thinking of using French missiles, i may end up choosing a different supplier but that matter will be settled once i get the markings out of the way.
More updates will come soon... i hope...

Ok, this one's finished and the pics are ready, so I just have to write the backstory, which will probably happen tonight and everything will be posted right after the story is finished.

Ok, it's been a busy week and i just can't seem to get to the end of the day with the right mood for some research and story writing as i've been falling asleep just trying to read some article...  :banghead: :banghead:
I'll just leave a pic for now and try to get the rest posted during the weekend...

Lots of pointy bits there.

That looks VERY smart and realistic, are you sure it's a Whiff?   ;D
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

Very nice, I esp. like the SAAF-style "diamond" pattern.

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

That looks very good!

Waiting impatiently for the rest of the pictures. ;)
