Thank you, gentlemen.

Guy, i know she's not your type and the fact that you take the time to write a few words of support makes me even more determined to get this thing done!

It almost took a dive into bin after the crash but luckily, i've been able to contain my anger when stuff like this happens... kits aren't that cheap and i didn't buy mine to throw them away because of something like this... and besides, there's just too much work done on the model, which is coming out very much how i wanted it, and parts like the DSI, CFTs, wings, nozzle, all the small lumps an bumps from the Hase Sufa kit that aren't available in most F-16 kits that would be wasted... nope, not doing it. The damage wasn't that bad so it would be ridiculous to give up now.  <_<

With that said, it's rainy here today but i'm gonna spray a gloss coat on it, let it dry till tomorrow and then give it a panel line wash to highlight the detail.
This is to be represented as an airframe that had very recently undergone the modifications as a concept demonstrator for the new upgrade kits for new and old F-16 airframes and had a fresh Have Glass V scheme applied so it won't be showing many signs of weathering and dirt.

I've been thinking about the backstory for this and, although it'll be based on my first F-16W's story, much like this model, it'll also be different in various aspects.

Well, the F-16W is almost done, all that's left to do is final assembly, a coat of flat varnish and last details to be painted like navigation lights and missiles seekers to finish the work on this one.
Tonight i'll be assembling the landing gear and pylons and maybe get a couple of the weapons on like the AIM-120s on the wing tip pylons. With some luck i'll get this finished during the week and take some photos during the weekend...

If it aint broke ,,fix it until it is .
Over kill is often very understated .
I know the voices in my head ain't real but they do come up with some great ideas.
Theres few of lifes problems that can't be solved with the proper application of a high explosive projectile .

Story of my life my friend. I stopped fighting it years ago. I just ask my wife what my plan for the day is.
