It's a kitbash using the Matchbox 1/72 BAe Hawk 200 and the Italeri McDonnell Douglas BAe T-45A Goshawk.
The Italeri kit is missing a few parts but with a bit of putty/filler the rest will fit on the Matchbox kit thus making a T-45A single seater.
Well the rear has is a little thinner than the Matchbox kit,  and the wings aren't an exact fit either but the seat fits.

Both those aircraft are derived from the same aircraft

Yes they are,  the Matchbox model lacks the detailing and the Italeri kit is wrapped,  lacking it's cockpit glazing. There will be other lumps and bumps that the two real world aircraft don't carry or have been fitted out with.
