Does anyone do these as a generic decal sheet in 72nd?  And by modern I mean the toned down black over grey type.  Need enough for a 72nd Victor...

Yes, I was looking at some online just the other day.  Now if I can just remember where I saw them...

Here you go.

It's a hobby shop in Melbourne but with the manufactures name, rank & cereal number you might be able to find them in the UK.
Letters from here to there seem to be taking three to four weeks at the moment if you decide to order them from here.

Thanks, but ORAC doesn't like that site (won't open) so I'll use the laptop later.

It might amuse you to know that the sheet I posted the link to is technically illegal here.
The RAAF hold copyright over their markings and any transfer sets officially sold here have to have their approval (I was told this by a man producing and selling sets at Model Expo).  They will not approve generic sets.  Only those depicting specific aircraft.  Presumably because they fear the power of whiff...
It obviously hasn't occurred to them that you can just put transfers onto models they are not intended for.

WHAT? :o

Can you do that?  :o

Will your friends talk to you afterward if you do? :(
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)
