Thanks folks.
I've been reworking the props slightly.  I've taken another 2mm off the tips and have removed the flared section from the turnwise side of the hubward end of the blades.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

That sounds so Disc World! ;D ;D

Don't glue the undercarriage on the story paper: it is better under the model! ;D

That immediately said 'F7U-3 Cutlass' to me as soon as I saw the pic.

Looks grear, and that's just the front!
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

This has a serious appeal for carrier operations. Elegant.

Me as well

Me three.  But that's partially due to the paint job making it look like the fuselage falls away behind the cockpit.  Which it doesn't as you can see in today's picture.
Carrier variant possibility will be added to the back-story.

She's up on her wheels now.  Not much more to do.
