It has a new tail.  Might need a touch of PSR...

Anyone else who's familiar with How to Train Your Dragon getting a Toothless vibe or is it just me?

I stabbed myself in the finger with my exacto knife while carving away fuselage to fit the tail.  So this build has now been anointed with blood.  Should be a good one then...

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

With the new tail the fuselage looks like it should have an engine layout like the F3H Demon or Jaguar.

Not just you.  It's sleek, black and shiny.
Cheers,

Must, then, my projects bend to the iron yoke of a mechanical system? Is my soaring spirit to be chained down to the snail's pace of matter?

Feed it some fish or it might bite you again (not eels though, nobody likes eels!)

Looks great btw!

Today I realised I had glued the tai on crooked and in trying to straighten it, pulled it off.
Never mind, this forced me to re-engineer how it fits.

Not sure about that. I don't mind Jellied Eels if I'm in the right mood and place.  ;)

Born within the sound of the Bow Bells, were you, Chris? ;) ;)

Nope, although people often assume I'm a "Cockney" especially when abroad  ;D The really odd thing is I'm born and bred in Croydon, and when I was born Croydon wasn't even part of London. So I'm actually a gentleman from Surrey  ;)

Croydon was still Surrey while I was at school so all our sporting competitions were for County rather than London trophies. Meant it was far easier to win some of them then if we'd been in London

I've only ever me one "true" cockney (as far as I know anyway) and he tried really hard to fit into the cheeky cockney wide boy stereotype.  Too hard IMO as he was a nice bloke when he relaxed but a bit of a dick when he was trying to hustle and do a bit of business.

I've known a few and they were nothing like the stereotypes, even the couple of barrow-boys I used to know. Mind you if a tourist* approached the stall then they turned it on  ;D

* Anyone from outside London

You are our hero! Or even superhero, building with bloody injuries, to win at last (maybe not winning the GB but winning in finishing to build)...
[the word "realistic" hurts my heart...]

Thanks Tophe.
Reminds me, I must restock my jar of plasters.  I have been having to resort to masking tape and tissue to staunch the bleeding.

Nothing on this today.  Glue drying.
