Paper Kosmonaut

I always enjoy your deconstructivistic approach on those models. I think your what if's often arent really what-if's though, They're more like why-not's. But that don't make them less enjoyable to look at. On the contrary! (-;

Thanks for enjoying what I do. ;D
About the « what-if » or « why not » issue for aircraft models, I think I disagree: :unsure:
-   The question « why not? » has for answers : words, sane reasons, not pictures.
-   The question « what if? » has for answers : pictures, funny surprises, with at least 4 possible steps:
1/ very possible : little change of user
2/ rather possible : small change of device like engine
3/ rather impossible : big change of layout
4/ very impossible : complete change making absurd to fly scale 1
   Personally I don't like steps 1 & 2, I prefer steps 3 & 4 (inside what-if possibilities, of illustrations, either drawings or models) <_<

Oh!  I hadn't realized they'd be a) so far forward, or b) forward-swept.  :)  You never cease to amaze, my friend.  :)

Having the wings so forward was not my decision but somehow "the plastic commands and I obey, this is the main difference between (what-if) drawing and (what-if) plastic model". ;)

Yes, I'm familiar with the model taking control ... some of 'my' best work has really been the model's doing.  :)

Thanks for this understanding. <_<

Ahem, anyway you are right, as the wings are too much forward and there is a heavy tail almost not standing, so: impossible to add there the expected tailplane weight, so this will be a canard. Soon. :unsure:

Then there will be a paint step.

Painting has started, but the tiny complicated model is so fragile, it already broke twice... :-\

P.S. In a previous life, this WIG craft was a F-16 Fighting Falcon...
