5. Don't spam the thread with hundreds of images, be reasonable and keep the numbers down to around four or five images per post.

Er, I think I overlooked Rule 5.

Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

Considering there's virtually no chance of me ever getting models to a Telford show, this seems to be as close as I can get to it.

Martin Baker MB.6 (night interdictor '46)

I wouldn't worry Dave. I'm not enforcing the rules that rigidly

Given my pathetically low output in recent years, you're probably all sick of the sight of the same old models I bring to every show, so here's some of the ones which I either don't bring often or ever for various reasons, or which are relatively new.

Gloster Goblin last-ditch rocket fighter:

Manx Aerospace Triskelion search and rescue craft:

Pink Panther plane in panther pink:

Spackman Aerospace High Altitude Testbed (HAT):

Scammel Snow-Scarab:

Stalwart Moon Buggy from Gerry Anderson's Space 2099 (Space 1999 re-boot):

British Antarctic Survey Trackrover:
"Things need not have happened to be true. Tales and dreams are the shadow-truths that will endure when mere facts are dust and ashes, and forgot."
 - Sandman: A Midsummer Night's Dream, by Neil Gaiman

"I dunno, I'm making this up as I go."
 - Indiana Jones

AeroplaneDriver

Speaking as someone who lives in The Americas and who will be lucky to make it to Telford even once, I love this idea.  May I humbly suggest it would be a great idea every year since we are very much a global group?

Anyhoo...I will be pretending not to have seen Rule 5 since enforcement is a bit lax.  But I'll split my posts up a but so as not to overwhelm...

Round one...some of my old favorites from when I was new to the site back c.2006 (I think)

RoG 1/72 Su-25 aS RAF Raven GR.1

AMT 1/72 A-7E as RN Corsair S.1 during Sea Eagle trials.

Comanche AH.1 in the Falklands c.2006

AMT 1/72 F-16 + Italeri Rafale wing as a Canadian F-16 derivative.

Academy 1/48 Hunter FGA.9 as Japanese Ryushi

More tomorrow unless Rule 5 gets enforced!
So I got that going for me...which is nice....

I did also found room for some car whiffs in my suitcase.  I don't think these have been seen here before.

Firstly my tribute to Doc Neeson of The Angels, Shadow Boxer.

Mini Couper.  This was built for a Mini addict on another forum.  He sent me the kit (Tamiya Monte Carlo Rally Mini Cooper) and said "do what you want and then send it to me".  It took metro or three years.  Mainly because of PSR.

AMT '58 Chevrolet Impala.  Hard to tell, but it's sitting on a complete Monogram NASCAR chassis.  I only have one other picture of this but it is still in existence.  Would anyone like anymore pics?  Kit?  ;)

And lastly another Angels themed car - Mister Damage

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Take a 1 x 1/72 Dart Herald kit.  1 x 1/100 Transall kit.  A whole load of putty and plasticard.  You need to split the Dart Herald forward fuselage and widen it to same width as the Transall tail.
