If you look further down the list of kits there is a Beverly in 1/72  :o

I saw that too, but the remotely sensible person in me said where on earth would that go when built?? :banghead: :banghead:

Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

Armstrong Whitworth  A.W. 27 Ensign,  Shorts L17 Scyilla,  Saunders Roe Princess flying boat and prototype.  Any of these sound interesting (if outside my current finance range)   I will in the next couple of months do what I can achieve with current resources, I'll craft a series of backstories. The D H Albatross might feature, as might the Airspeed Ambassador turbo-prop .

Turbo-prop?

There were only two tuyrbo-prop Ambassadors AFAIK, but with a wide variety of engines. They tested the Proteus, the Nomad, the Dart, and the Tyne, and possibly more even.

You put all your other models INSIDE it.  ;D
I think  I  will have to reside in it also Kit, as there  won't be much room for anything else in my house.  ;D

I bought the 1/72 Hawker Siddeley  IAF AWACS kit on eBay for less than £50, it doesn't come with instructions instead you need to download them from the Onemanmodel website. He uses stickers instead of decals and you will find burrs on some of the parts. The kit also comes with wire which you need to cut and insert into the parts for strength. He says that you can use ordinary modellers Cement/glue,  I have tried using Revell glue after I had washed all the fabricated parts but found that some parts came apart so I am using superglue which works.
Here's also the HS 748 and the HS 780 in 1/72 & 1/48 scale. C1, C2 and the V.I.P. variants.
Other kits include the Armstrong Whitworth  A.W. 27 Ensign,  Shorts L17 Scyilla,  Saunders Roe Princess flying boat and prototype,  Do-XXl  flying boat  with two  versions , YS-11 Airliner with passenger seats,  YS-11EB with no interior and H.P. L42 E&W.
Onemanmodel is taking pre-orders for the 1/72 Ekranoplan A90 with the open cargo hold.  With future releases of the
1/144 HMA 23 Rigid Airship with bi plane due in February 2021
1/72 & 1/48 scale Deux Ponts due in March 2021
1/72 Kawasaki C.1.
No doubt the Kawasaki EC-1 will follow, but I fancy having a crack at the QSTOL which will depend upon the price.

Post some pictures of these kits please Steven!

Thanks Tom for posting

The plastic on the 1/72 H.S. AEW  is a bit thick in places and incredibly thin especially in the cockpit detailing. The glazing isn't moulded,  it's also a clear sticker.
On the other variants of the Andover the builder has the option of cargo doors and the rear loading ramp to be displayed in the open position.

Having limited experience with 3D printed stuff, I worry a bit about the surface structure. Is it grainy, or should I just shut up and give them my money? After all, I'm happily paying for MACH 2 stuff..?
Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition!

I have to agree that it is a bit grainy,  maybe after sanding down after I have completed the build before painting will help.
Not all Mach2 kits are dreadful,  the Caravelle and the SeaMaster are the better ones,  then the WB-57F with the Mariner flying boat. The Atlantic is a lot better than the Super Frelon.  The Argosy does test your building skills. The VC10,  Avro York and the Brittaina,  tested my patience  with two ending up in the bin.
