Sorry to disappoint, killer whale (the species) is actually miekkavalas in Finnish (which would word-for-word translate to "sword whale" in English) Killer whale (as a figure of speech, translated word for word) would be tappajavalas

So Google Translate is actually getting better. Though for the foreseeable future we can still expose foreign spies by asking them to pronounce "hääyöaie".

That's good.  Thank you.  Having been caught before I did check I wasn't getting a literal translation of the words killer and whale by translating them separately.  But you never know...

Which reminds me that the equivalent in the Netherlands is to get your possible spy to say 'Ijmuiden', which sounds very little as it's written!

Let's leave the English ones out of it; let's face it most English speakers can't get them right because, somewhere along the line, people decided to ignore the actual sounds of the letters in the word completely & made it up as they went along.
