For my birthday, my little sister offered me a 1/144th MiG-25 (Mini Hobby Models, China), I will transform it strongly, happily:

Then the plan changed completely, this will not be a canard but a TT-tail (pi-tail) with separate rear twin-booms:

I remember in the 1970s I built a (realist) 1/72 MiG-25 but I was very disappointed it was too big for my shelves. Maybe this is the trauma making me truncating it so much now, even at 1/144...

YES! A few years ago I posted about 'Vigennising" various aircraft, never thought about the MiG-25, but that picture looks great!

For the MiG-251D model, I am going on with the central tail (fins becoming tailplanes and tailplanes becoming oblique fins...:
