I've recently started doing that myself, I've got most of the kit stash sorted and catalogued, same with my decal stash. Now I just need to go through the massive pile of accessories

I started using Excel to record my stash, then there is as has just been said, decals and accessories to add, not to mention the Library

I have an outdated/not enough updated excel spreadsheet myself, but I need to fix it. It'll be good to be able to check and plan again, but the downside is that it's very evident that I'll never be able to build all of it before I die. Even if I get to live an Numenorean lifespan..

My other half is the Excel expert as her admin work demanded she be so, well at least far better than I am.

That looks like a good idea for decal storage, I think I will have to move towards that kind of system
