Oooh, sharpola!!

Over here there's pix of one in TWA colors (the 'TWA in TBOverse' thread) but EZBoard seems to be down tonight.  :(

That's another one of Allen Ury's, from his Fantastic Plastic site:

Mach 3 Airliner

There's lots of nifty things over there.  I admire his stamina.  He seems to produce finished models at the rate of one every ten to fourteen days.

Ya know... that just has a nice hint of evil. Beauty.
Getting back into modeling

That 3/4 front view looks definately reptillian - should it of been B-70 Cobra ?

Great model/great scheme

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Wow...is that ever sweet ! It is one fierce looking bird in those colours. Did you add a bomb bay ?

My only complaint is, don't you think you made the undercarriage a bit long ?

:P

Keep 'em coming !

Sorry, no bomb bay......although two bomb bays open with numerous sticks of 2,000lb bombs falling out would be neat.....hmmmm

I chickened out and used steel rods to support the monster.  Next one will have the rods coming out of the exhaust.....maybe in a steep climb launching phoenix missiles at the hoards of Soviet bombers over northern Canada.....

That is just plain sweet.

I had an idea for using acrylic rods for a wall display of an in-flight B-58.  I had though either curving them up from a flat base, or having them come straight out of a wall plaque.  That sort of treatment would be fantastic with this beauty you got here.

It looks...

Klingon-esqe.

Or maybe a giant roc caught in mid-flap.

All I know is I wouldn't want that flying over me if I were the enemy.

Awesome!  B)
In want of hobby space!  The kitchen table is never stable.  Still managing to get some building done.
