The Ki-201 look's a lot like the 262 on that angle, only the tail surfaces look slightly different, is there much difference between them besides the tail?

From my perspective, the 262 has a narrow waist just before the rear stabilisers - the other two are "fat" waisted or so it appears. The Russian aircraft has mostly unswept wings - similar to the AR234. The Russian nacelles look longer but that could be an optical allusion. I seem to recall reading that the Russians largely copied the 262 (makes good pragmatic sense) but then politically, it was not a good look to have anything German so the project was abandoned in favour of another design, even though the other design was not as good in performance.

It sure would be nice to have all three in 48.

The Ki-201 is a little bit bigger and the fuselage cross section is completely different. The 262 has a triangular cross section, the 201 more of an oval.
And of course the 201 has more straight wings.
