Hello!

This niught I've finished 1/32 Colonial Viper by Revell.
It's a real dog of a kit - almost without cockpit details and nightmare to rescribe. Good thing - it fits pretty well.
Engines are backlighted with three blue LEDs.
Painted as usual - Tamiya, Gunze and AK Interactive.
Heavily weathered with three-tone scratches.

LOVE the exhausts!

It looks really good, and the weathering is superb.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Marvellous job. Finish is terrific and lighting tips it off

That's looking great.  But is it just me or is the weathering effect looking somewhat yellow-greenish just to me in some pictures? Light effect or intentional (chrome primer)?

Old Wombat

It's greenish but it looks right. ;)

Excellent piece, wacek!

Completely intentional. I wanted to try two-color scratches and used this green as a "metal primer". Next time I'll use zinc chromate yellow :)

Nice to see one of these oldies again, and a good job on it, too.
