Back in 2017 I did a build about how the RAAF replaced the Mirage IIIO with a mix of Mirage 2000 and 4000: The Decision to replace the Mirage III in RAAF service

That 4000 was a BIG aeroplane!  :o
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Wow, the Mirage 4000 is big. Is it 1/48 scale? I like the Mirage 2000 paint scheme too. Very realistic.  :thumbsup:

No, both were in 1/72.  There were no 1/48 scaled 2000 or 4000 available then.  Not that I would want to play with the devil's scale...   :banghead:
