Are you sure it's not a bit tail-heavy?
Owing to the current financial difficulties, the light at the end of the tunnel will be turned off until further notice.

Looking the business.

Gotta say though, those floats immediately gave me this  ;)

Nice work Fred

Just a mock up Loupy.  Float position not fixed yet although they will be positioned so the fore and aft halfway point of the floats is directly below the rotor head as that will be the Centre of Gravity.  Floats also contain additional fuel so they are not solely buoyancy.
Another mock up with winglets and "glass" added.  Fit of the parts containing the engine inlets above and behind the cockpit is abysmal.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Sometimes the problem with scratchbuilding is knowing when to stop adding detail.
I got sucked into the detail trap with the Mil floats but i've dragged myself out.  That's it.  No more little fiddley bits...

...although I could add handrails and some steps on the rear of the floats and some...

I will be adding ladders for the flight crew to climb up to gain access to their pits.

What Revenue Protection crews get up to while supposedly on patrol is not for us to speculate...

How many water skiers can it tow at the same time?  ;)
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Neat work on that float ensemble, but pray tell what is, or was French ?
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Irrelevant factoid:  an  officer of the British SBS did once successfully water ski behind a Broadsword class frigate off Portland some years ago.  I have a feeling that it was HMS Brazen, but I'm not sure.

Correctamundo.  Special theme for the 2020 Ballarat show.  The show was cancelled but the theme retained for this years show which is to be held 23rd May.
I am building a 1/24 Heller Delahaye.

We had a RSwN Commander ski behind a Norrköping-class missile craft all the way from Stockholm to Gotland many years ago. Those boats made 42 knots even on a bad day so it wasn't as daft as it may sound.
Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition!
