Here's the well OTT decal sheet, now I've had to print the colours separately.

Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Exactly that, there being no hospitals with 6000 ft runways in the UK.

And as there's no upper engine, there's a large, empty tube leading all the way to the tail down which the patients can be ejected, rather like a Vigilante's linear bomb bay. And with the aid of the precision 'bomb sight' in the cockpit, the patients will be parachuted accurately onto the hospital's helipad.

If not used for casualty ejection the empty upper engine exhaust tube could house a BFO braking 'chute so it could stop on a ha'penny.
