President Chavez of Venezuela claims to be buying MiG-29s   Probably will be painted similarly to the current Venezuelan F-16As (similar to the SEA scheme).

This is what a Venezuelan F-16A looks like.

My poor opinion of President Chavez aside, an SU-27 in FAV (Venezuelan Air Force in spanish) markings would look much better.  I am surprised no one has mentioned a Berkut for their "What-If?".
