In late 2018, the Russian Federation offered up a couple of Mig 31 Foxhound Fighters for evaluation to the Indian Air Force. The Indians decided to purchase them, but rather than use them as a high end interceptor, they opted to fit them out as high performance reconnaissance birds in case of future run ins with their northern neighbour.
Once fitted out these aircraft, proved most satisfactory in providing high performance recon, albeit a bit short on legs

Royal Navy's Role Abroad

The Royal Navy, of course, despite the diminishing size of the British Empire, has to be prepared to deal with any situation in any part of the world. It may have to land on the sandy banks of Kuwait or on the rocky beaches of certain parts of Africa.
It needs small vehicles to go with the men to get them around where no roads exist.
Citroen's are justly proud that their 2VC chassis was chosen by the Admiralty.
An admiral had seen a 2CV at a Citroen dealer near Portsmouth, borrowed it to take it on board his flagship for his next voyage as his personal transport when in port around the Med, put it through many tests and returned it to the dealer.
The Royal Marines Commanding Officer on board was so impressed that he ordered 2 more when they arrived in France as shore patrol cars.
These vehicles were made by Citroen's at their Slough factory
The first helicopter lift tests involving the 2CV were made onshore in the UK by the helicopter company Westland Aircraft of Yeovil sometime in 1957, using a standard civilian version of the car, bearing the registration number 33CPP.
This vehicle was then taken aboard HMS Bulwark on the aircraft carrier's second commission (voyage) during 1957 and 1958 for sea tests in the West Indies and the Indian Ocean with the Westland Whirlwind helicopters of 845 squadron RNAS.
The tests were judged a success and as a result HMS Bulwark was converted from a fixating aircraft carrier to the Navy's first helicopter commando carrier and equipped with a batch of military spec 2CV ordered from Citroen Cars Ltd in early 1959, to serve as motor transport with the 42ND Commando regiment of the Royal Marines

After supplying for the Bulwark the company received another order to make yet another 35 for another ship. These too have been delivered. In exercises, the light car has been completely successful. While it can be lifted by a helicopter and taken ashore, it needs fewer than half a dozen men to lift it up and give it a helping hand in case, without roads, it comes up against an obstacle it is incapable of jumping on its own. To be capable of being helped is a virtue in itself!

When the German army came to Iraq in 1941 in support of the coup, they heard stories about mages performing all kinds of unimaginable feats which reportedly came from India. One of the stories was about flying carpets powered by mages.
They mounted an expedition from Iraq, via Persia to the north of India to research these rumours and indeed they found a tribe of mages which could fly on especially prepared carpets.



Promising support against the occupying British they managed to convince the tribe to send a number of mages back to Germany to help in the war effort. The mages were formed into Aufklärungsgruppe 212 and were deployed in Africa and on the Eastern front. The carpets proved to be very agile and were almost immune to air attack due to their manoeuvrability. In the beginning however a number of German crew members were lost as they fell of the carpets during violent manoeuvres.



In 1943 the mages refused further assistance to Germany and demanded to be taken back to India as the promised support for Indian self-rule did not materialize. Although the Germans did not want to release them, the managed to escape and return home.
After the war the British, having heard about the mages, tried to find the tribe However they did not have any success and the stories about flying carpets were classified as rumours.

Battlefield Drone Control vehicle that contains both the Command and Control and also a launch/recovery platform for drones. There are elevators which can retract the drone back into the vehicle for servicing/charging. All under armour.

A light Utility car has been developed. Aesthetically inspired in Velorex/Oscar (1). Technically it is more than Velorex: 4 wheels, engine and traction in front, ...

A pair of US militaries perform a recce mission. But they are not unarmed and if they are lucky, will practice their snyper skiils.
