Spent a day with Darren Harbar (https://www.darrenharbar.co.uk/) at Shuttleworth being told/shown how to do photography properly. I think I managed to get some good photos, but I fired off over a thousand during the day (thank you digital! I'd have been a crap film photographer) so it may still be blind luck:

Film photography ? I remember coming back from a Kenya safari circa 1980 ? with over 500 shots. The developing and printing cost more than the holiday  ;D ;)
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Some of us STILL use film for fine detailed work. Using my aged F1 Nikon SLR and really slow speed film, I can just about manage the equivalent of  750 megapixels resolution..........but the developping and printing (I still do my own B&W work)  uses so much time!!

It  means that you read  the instruction sheet

Beeee-yoootifull! Shuttleworth is a fantastic place for photos. Having a professional show you how to do it right must be so good.

That reminds me to hurry up and get my photos sorted from the show a month ago.
