That's a velorex Oskar 54. A Czech built tri-cycle with a tubular frame covered by linen powered by a 250cc JAWA engine.

Velorex also made sidecars.  Both the Jawas I have owned had Velorex chairs on them occasionally.

I don't think it would get ANY stars in the EURO-NCAP rating!  :o
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)
