Count me in.  Maybe a Mistercraft Sea Harrier in the 'what if it looked even vaguely like a Sea Harrier' category?  ;)

Timing would seem appropriate: the P.1154 was cancelled in 1965, the Kestrel evaluations concluded in November 1965 and in late 1965 the RAF placed an order for six pre-production P.1127 (RAF) - aka Harrier - aircraft.

60th anniversary of the Harrier becoming a reality.

I'm in too   Apart from 1127s and 1154s, there's also the potential of other Harrier-like platforms as well, including 1185/87 and the 1214....

And then of course there's the BAe Buzzard, with at least 2 of them making their debut at Telford this year.

Having disinterred the T4 from it's resting place, I've discovered a part started Matchbox GR1 in the same box, as well as a Matchbox Sea Harrier.  No nose gears on either though.

Also gives me an excuse to go back to the BAe P.1214 that I got a few years back.  That is definitely an ADV and has to be with 5 Sqn.  I'll let you work out why.

My 'P.1154-ish' Harrier/Phantom mash-up will hopefully be ready for SMW2025 😂

Forever the optimist  ;)

Having looked for said P.1154, there appears to be a second.  One is the old Maintrack Project X kit, t'other is the Freightdog one.  Given that the canopy on the former is now gold, I'm toying with reworking it into a two seater.

Gondor

It would be nice to have a proper two-seater other than the Maintrack version, I would buy a couple especially if it was capable of being either the Naval version or as a trainer.

I know it's in a book I have around here somewhere....

TW. I had the same idea about a tandem conversion of an 1154 that I inherited from my Dad, possibly also navalised wing a different wing and revised inboard outriggers a la GR5, possibly armed with some Instant Sunshine but other things always take priority.

Maybe for next year as part of a Harrier-ish Whiff display

I've seen one done as a two seater years back, with a Scalecast T4 front end, so I know it's possible.  I think that model currently resides at The Air Museum in Coventry, OGL can confirm it.

As ever I'm unlikely to make it to Telford but happily send the Hasdrubal along to join whiffy brethren

Mojo isn't in full effect but I am feeling better than I have in a while so hope springs eternal, thanks for the good wishes folks

Good grief, is it really October the last time I finished a what-if model (or any model for that matter)

Apologies for radio silence, am all fine just empty of energy and motivation so rather than haul the model making tools and bench out I've been drawing or painting most days and otherwise resting up. Have an exhibition on in my local library showcasing some of the kit and collaborations from my Makerspace and am running a "learn to make miniatures" workshop session on the 1st March to close he exhibit. Maybe even spur some more folk on the island to become modellers themselves
