Having checked from both tablets, phones and PC:s, my conclusion is that you have a setting on your device that won't allow you viewing content from some IP addresses, in this case Imgur.
That's something on which I am sorry to say I'm just not good enough to give advice, so you'll have to sort it with some help from someone else. Sorry.
