I have ordered 2 weeks ago another aircraft model kit, as a hope in the future. And I received it today, so maybe this will be built:

I have been inspired:

(If I ever build it, zenrat should receive at least 10% of the money I will spend for it, for performant advertisement!) ;)
Actually the hope was too much, my 3rd and 4th cancers have been diagnosed last week, but probably I will leave hospital each evening these months to go back home. Doing model maybe a little.

Spend time with your family. That's more important. Drop us a line once and a while when you can.

Mmm....Hughes "Egg" seems like the Edgley Optica ;D

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Here are the parts I plan to use (on the right, on the left will be support to putty): :-\

My problem is the lack of rear doors, forcing to build a presentable inside which I have not skills enough to do (I paint in black all canopies to hide the inside).
So I plan to cover these huge holes with putty, and to make that solid and not dissolving plastic, I am going to glue almost covering parts inside. Ahem.

It is not a great success but it works it seems, ready for a small amount of putty:  <_<

Take care Tophe

I'll make Chris' words my own. Hang in there and keep the positive vibes flowing, Tophe.

Thanks!

- I have removed the single boom (twin-boom there is much better, like on the Kamov 26/226)
- I have glued together the two rear fuselages
- there was then a hole where the single boom was, I glued parts inside to receive the putty later
- the 5 rotor blades have been removed from the rotor, either they will make like the initial project but biplane or else: a long span in front, short span for the tailplane
- yes two of the blades will become flat booms but this is not fantasy, just inspired by the Willoughby Delta F
- I notice there is no auxiliary rotor, this is a very modern H-500 NoTar, not mentioned on the kit box it seems:  <_<

2 layers of putty have been put on:  <_<

Uh, now is the problem: my workbench has been transferred in the bedroom and I have no sandpaper, no mask, no cleaning paper to discard dust properly (they are somewhere on another floor, I don't remember precisely, and moving my body with sciatic crisis is almost impossible). I will ask my wife.

My wife did not find the sandpaper on the workbench floor but nicely she bought 2 other sheets for me to go on:  <_<

First sanding has been done, then putty again and it will be PSR several times:

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Hang in there Tophe. Bon courage.

Tophe

Thanks to both of you.
Yes, PSR is not fun but after this little task (and again), the result will justify it (I hope). <_<
