There's a link to an image site. Let's see if this works:

Sorry for my noobishness (is that a word?), but how do you upload a photo so it shows like that rather than using a site?

You will need to upload your pics somewhere off this site, but then linking them in should be done as we've shown >HERE<

As said before, front landing gear should have the launchbar, and probably the twin wheel too ( I don't know any aircraft with the launch bar and a single front wheel ).

A-4

The A-4 didn't have a launch bar, it used a strop and hooks.

Didn't know that.

Probably won't remember it either though.

perttime wrote in his message {img}https://i.postimg.cc/CMVzF1v7/IMG-5689-2.jpg{/img} with [ ] instead of { } that I have used here just to explain without picture, and not the simple site https://i.postimg.cc/CMVzF1v7/IMG-5689-2.jpg that would be a working link but without picture.
Simply, know that this img/img tool does not work always, sometimes for unknown reason it is ignored (and shown another day, then disappearing again).

I know it's a bit late now but, welcome to the nuthouse!
Regarding the poll, i'm still trying to choose from 3 of those schemes. I guess it depends if you're painting the F-20 exactly like the F-18 was or not but i'll leave my choice anyway.

It will have the two-tone grey similar to the f-18.

Kit which i ordered last monday still hasn't arrived

There is always the USMC scheme for Harriers with three tone. Gunship Grey on top with two lighter tones beneath. I know, I'm not helping!
That way you could do VMFA 214 Blacksheep squadron!

I did consider that, however since in my backstory the F-20 was sold to the marines when the navy didnt let them have the F-18, this wouldn't really work as the marines would still operate harriers.

The kit has arrived. Expect a build update in the next few days, and the result of the vote is ... drumroll ... scheme 1!
The blue stripe on the front of the fin might not be possible due to the dimensions of the f-20's rear end, however the squadron logo can stay on there.

Pepsi Concorde

I'll be starting the build this weekend everyone so stay tuned  ;D

Gondor

Sounds good. Also good is that you are manageing to get your pictures into your thread

If you cannot get the fin stripe decals to work, you could paint the stripes.

Gondor

Squadrons and organisation have often encountered the same problem you are faceing with their markings such as you are finding with the blue stripe for the fin. May I sudgest that you look at images of aircraft and/or decal sheets of various squasrons and see how the markings changed to suit the different aircraft they have operated over the years. That way you will get an idea of how the markings have changed and adapted from aircraft to aircraft. Is the Blue stripe really necessary or a fin top flash of blue do instead because it's associated with a flight or something? Other than that you can just make it up as it is whiff world.
