Have fun this weekend, I wish I could have joined you...

You will be missed Harro.

That's for sure. :(
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Gondor

Pictures from Day One, strting from the right hand end of the tables and moveing from the What-If SIG through the Project Cancelled SIG to the Sprue Widdows group which looked this year to have become a Lego SIG

More tomorrow as there will be a slight change of models on display plus some from around the show.

And its Done!

A good turn out from the group and a good show all round.
It was good to catch up with the lads from north of the border who for various reasons are not able to make that many trips down south.

Lets hope the show is on again next year.
I heard that The chairman of the organising commitee stood down at the end of the show. And Im unaware if there is any one able/willing to take on the role or any of the other roles that are currently vacant for the show commitee. This year it was one guy doing five jobs. and its fair to say its taken its toll on him.
I always hope for the best.

I wasn't aware of that Martin, it would be a pitty to lose the show but finding anyone willing to take over is another thing.
