P-38PPA push-pull asymmetric (finished page 2)

Thanks to Caveman's topic https://www.whatifmodellers.com/index.php?topic=49899.30 with an asymmetric one-engined P-38, I am going to build an even more crazy P-38: asymmetric also but push-pull with impossible weight centering and undercarriage:

It looks like that kit breaks down nicely for what you want to do with it.

I have cut away/removed the turbo-room on the starboard wing. It may be simple if the starboard boom is not at the same place as the port boom but more rear, to avoid a lot of work.

Starting to add putty on the "pusher boom" to replace the wing and tailplane-on-fin:
