Ahem, as I have used only the wingtips of the Sensor kit, let me use the rest into a second model.
But as well: it is far too big... First I am cutting away the front and rear fuselages and remove 3 parts among 5:

I have changed my project, maybe (to be confirmed): I could have one main wing forward and the other backward, without the P-51 wing, and the fins would be vertical. This would be like the Boeing Sensor craft alone, much reduced, and with P-51D bubble canopy (not UAV anymore).
I cannot show a (temporary) picture as the SD card of my camera broke three minutes ago. I have ordered a new one, but it should arrive in February between 14th and 19th.

The new camera card arrived 4 days in advance. Sanding may be done (or started) this afternoon...
(taking pictures was not obligatory but this gives me the courage to make boring PSR...)

I have started the sanding, but it is far from finished. This is confirmed very long and boring, and with these thin parts glued to one another I am afraid to break all. Not easy.

Thinking about it, I told myself: "no need to make the center very smooth and perfect, because I am going to add a canopy which is bad adapted, so there will be a lot of putty again, so no need to make it smooth under, let me add the canopy now (then putty later)". So did I
