Something about the first pic, I think it may be the canopy, make's it look smaller than it should be, like it's a 3/4 scale replica or something of the like. Not that that's a bad thing, I like replicas. :mellow:

Well, the cockpit is pretty tight - and even though I used an 1:72 pilot (Matchbox, with legs chopped off...  :rolleyes:) for the flying scenes, the compact aircraft (it's not bigger than a Fw 190) makes the figure look rather large.

Fantastic Dizzy, the paint is superb. 

I have been very scared to try some mottled North Vietnamese MiG-17 and MiG-21s, thank you for sharing your techniques.
