Difference 1/32 & 1/35 scale figures?

What's the wheelbase of the kit? The original Bugle was based on a Bug platform shortened
by 16 inches, from 94.5" to 78.5". In 1/32nd scale it should be around 2.45" (62mm) if the
kit is scaled correctly. In 1/35th scale the Bugle wheelbase would be around 2.25" (57mm).
