Snow trooper :-  the main guns can be reloaded in flight, there are two hatches in the nose (not very clear on pictures) which fold down for access to the cannon. The recoil is taken up by the slide.  The bagged powder and ball can be loaded while the cannon is back, a spring system (conveniently hidden  ) slides the guns forward and it is fired by line and  percussion cap. Awkward I agree but possible. Safety line for loader is optional 

Of course they could be fired electronically..........
