The Wooksta!

Not sure about the letter on the fin on the grey one, in practice they would have moved the whole code further along the fuselage. And they need kill markings for added effect.

Nice though.

Lovely stuff matey X 2  ;D  ;D
I've gotta get a Tempest .
If it aint broke ,,fix it until it is .
Over kill is often very understated .
I know the voices in my head ain't real but they do come up with some great ideas.
Theres few of lifes problems that can't be solved with the proper application of a high explosive projectile .

Does the one with tanks have those transparent pylons Chris?

The Wooksta!

Think those are only in the Airfix Tempest.

Indeed

Nice though.

My logic there was that as a lot of US aircraft carried ID markings there so Tiger Force followed suit.  I thought about some kill markings, perhaps German and Japanese, and indeed dug some out. Maybe the next one will get them

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Smart Tempests, Chris (I still have a soft spot for the Matchbox kit, mind).

No idea why, but....
#1: the MSG/PRU Blue looks extremely Sea Fury (I'm very aware of the Sea Fury parentage!), while the SEAC one absolutely doesn't.

No idea why, but....
#2: I was convinced the Tiger Force job would have silver doped uppers.

None of which matters a jot, of course.  But what's struck me just is that the Tempest II looks late 40s, while the Tempest V and VI are very much early/mid 40s.  And all it is to my eye is the engine arrangement.
