Could almost have been designed by the Brother's Horten.

Thanks!

Then a very asymmetric Twin-Lightning, engines only on the port side: <_<

And the double of the previous one was symmetric, triplex-boom, with 2 jet fuselages: <_<

There was also a double version that was asymmetric, with 4 booms: <_<

The triple boom one is just

Here is a version of Twin-Lightning without tailplane (but not delta). Maybe the code Mk.56 is inspired by the American tailless XP-56: <_<

Another tailless Twin-Lightning was the Mk.40 before: <_<

The intermediate Mk.46 (between 40 and 56) with a high wing and no tailplane, had a better view and access than on the 40: <_<

An asymmetric twin-Lightning with 2 engines above one another on the port side, ans a single jet on starboard, this is funny but cannot be shown from above:  :-\

Gloster's, Armstrong Whitworth's ? Some British manufacturer in the 50's has to have drawn something similar ?  ;D

Great work Tophe

I do not find anymore the topic with a single-engined Lightning, maybe not in the topic's title.
Anyway I could imagine the double of it, as twin-fuselage.

Here is the double single-engined Lightning, coded as Mk.51 among Twin-Lightnings: <_<
