With Forward Swept Wing, the M-wing turns into W-wing: ;)

The seller said: "Ahem, yes maybe this version is not very supersonic, or... yes, not supersonic at all, but it is so cheap!": ;)

A high wing (with different undercarriage) and fuselages close to one another: <_<

I have to show you 2 Twin-Lightnings with weird undercarriage, that may be seen from above, but... first, to compare, I show you where the wheels are, on a normal Twin-Lightning (or/and Lightning): <_<

Here is the first Twin-Lightning with very special undercarriage. Retracting the front wheel that hold on two fuselages required a technical masterpiece (nowadays we would say "a jewel of high technology"): <_<

Here is the opposite configuration. Here the complicated retraction mechanism was for the tail wheel: <_<

For no reason, I had not presented till now the Mk.19 of Twin-Lightning, all (Zero and) 1 to 24 but no 19, I repair here this missing part: <_<

And here is the Mk.25, partly related to the previous one with its external tailplanes (here to leave room for the load going in and out): <_<

For an unknown reason, this airplane project was on the same budget line as "feminine uniform with very short miniskirt":

Very good Tophe but I think you meant "aides"?

"Feminine uniform with very short miniskirt" makes me think of Star Trek (the original series).

Thanks! I have corrected my wrong aids (for the plural of aid) into aides, you are right. I was forgetting the English word AIDS for the disease called SIDA in French, sorry. :-\

I did not know even if this reputed as classical. But Google showed me you are right. The very white uniform is very short:

Thoughts of the late Nichelle Nichols spring instantly to mind. :(
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

I think of Yeoman Janice Rand (Grace Lee Whitney).
