Here is the first Twin-Lightning with very special undercarriage. Retracting the front wheel that hold on two fuselages required a technical masterpiece (nowadays we would say "a jewel of high technology"):

Thanks! I have corrected my wrong aids (for the plural of aid) into aides, you are right. I was forgetting the English word AIDS for the disease called SIDA in French, sorry.
