As it's a Bucc wouldn't they just deliver a very large ingot and a CNC programme...

Having been to Brough a few times I can seriously believe that's JUST how they built the podgy things too!

I have seen pictures that show the main spars being milled from single pieces of Aluminium. It needed that structural strength due to it's near wave top attack profile.
