Sounds like it was "one of those days" ?  :-\

It was, but it was still a day at the bench and not at work and so a better day than today.

Planning transfers.  It will wear RAAF roos and ARDU logos

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

I couldnt agree more with this statement  ;D
If it aint broke ,,fix it until it is .
Over kill is often very understated .
I know the voices in my head ain't real but they do come up with some great ideas.
Theres few of lifes problems that can't be solved with the proper application of a high explosive projectile .

Transfers printed.
Continuing the theme of the week these gave me some problems.
ARDU logos are Yellow and black and refused to print well.  I looks like the printer is putting down too much black ink as it is running into the yellow.  I thought printing on Draft might solve the problem (less ink) but it didn't.
Settings were the usual ones i've come to by trial and error but these logos are quite small and feature fine lines.
I printed on clear decal paper but might try running a set off on white to see if they print better - the finish of the paper is slightly different and white takes the ink better.
Worst come to the worst I can just leave off the ARDU logo (it was going on the fin) as I have everything else I need.  I'd rather not though.

Partial success.
I found my printer has a "thick paper" setting.  Result was an improvement.  Not perfect, but usable.
I'll clear them tomorrow and then they can go on Satyrday.
I should start on the lies backstory.

Well my one week GB build is nearly finished.

I may have bitten off a bit more than I could chew this year...

Still a few small details to finish but this is basically it.  Wing hinges still work.

Go on then, show it with the wings open too.  ;D ;)
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model
