And... the asylum had a computer and the boss of the psychiatrists has said: "designing is necessary for his mental balance", so the flow was not stopped:

EDIT: The top psychiatrist confirmed: "HM-3 for this design means Home Made, and the patient saying the asylum is like home, this is a very good point, for balance! This is a success for my way of therapy!". Ahem.

This one arrived in a letter without stamp, and the company refused to pay the penalty so it was discovered in a garbage can in the post office

Next step: this project was found in a garbage can of the psychiatric asylum itself, by a cleaning woman. She offered it to her 10 year old son who yelled "yes! I want to be an aircraft designer!":

Good medical (psychiatric) news once more: the code 8251C for a Twin-Canberstang after 8251B for a Canberstang means that the double line Canberstang/Twin-Canberstang is reduced to a single one! Less and less overwork so, which means (mental) health improvement!
