I almost cut the wings into the same shape as the originals with the idea of making it more an Egg Lightning than a Delta.
But then I decided I like it as a Delta.

Since this pic i've attached the UC doors. airbrakes, and missiles.  She's very nearly finished but completion will wait for the pilot who I am scratching up from 1/35 and 1/48 body parts.

Finished.

English Electric Delta Lightning.

The Model

Hasegawa Lightning F.6 with approx 3 inches removed from the fuselage and vertical tail cut down.
KP MiG 21 wings (my notes on the KP MiG 21 say "wouldn't bother with another).
Red Tops created from Egg Plane missiles.
Luigi consists of a 1/35 head (with helmet made from epoxy) on a 1/48 Luftwaffe pilots body (monogram Me 262).
Transfers from aftermarket DH Vampire T.11 set.
