That was my concern when I was sourcing new nacelles.  Too fat and it would look like a Meteor.
However, fitting the stabs will increase the levels of Canberricity.

Canopy (just posed in place) is a Beaufighter rear canopy.
The entire nose forward of the IP is full of Heavy Glue but it still tail sits.

It has a belly pack with guns in already.  I may add barrels.  Depends on the back story.

I think all the RW B(I)6s and B(I)8s had recessed gun ports, but this is Whiff World.....

How about a Molins cannon, or two....?

Given its half scale (1/144 scaleoramaed to 1/72) the length of the belly pack is halved so the barrel would stick out of the front.

Eerrrrm, I THINK those maths work, but I'm not 100% sure. 

And wouldn't it be 'barrels', there being a few of them in there?
