Main weapon is a Rheinmetall GSh-6-30 30mm rotary cannon with 300 rounds.

The Model

Hasegawa Messerschmitt Me410A1 built OOB apart from replacing the main weapon with a Gryazev-Shipunov GSh-6-30 from a Hasegawa MiG 27.  This is a 1971 reboxing of the 1966 Frog kit and has the most awesomely heavy raised detail. It's so chunky I just had try and preserve it.  I have another (original Frog issued) earlier version of the kit and the raised detail is much lighter so I presume it either got heavier due to mould wear or was made that way during some maintenance or cleaning up process.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

If it aint broke ,,fix it until it is .
Over kill is often very understated .
I know the voices in my head ain't real but they do come up with some great ideas.
Theres few of lifes problems that can't be solved with the proper application of a high explosive projectile .

I had/built one of these when I was a child - the Frog kit as a Revell re-boxing. I still remember the heavy panel lines and rivets well!

Thanks folks.
I enjoyed building this OOB.  Took me back to my youth when at some point I built a Matchbox 410.  But it's not just the subject, the parts breakdown and kit engineering also inspired nostalgia.
I can't remember if I got the defensive guns to elevate way back when but I failed with this build.  Maybe next time.

Anyone built the Finemolds kit?

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.
