I started with this;

Goatsucker (07-04-2008) 30-01-2022. 01 by Fred Maillardet, on Flickr

Which I stripped, removed the filler from the panelling, and then rebuilt.

Build is 1/25.
Body & Interior are Revell Dan Fink's Speedwagon.
Chassis & Running Boards are Monogram '39 Chevy
Front & Rear Guards are Revell '40 Ford
Engine is Revell Parts Pack 354ci Cadillac.  Ram stacks are ferrules.
Wheels & Tyres & Radiator are resin from www.thepartsbox.com
Hubcaps are from my parts box.

Panels are transfers from three different "woody" kits.

I was going to ask about that. I've some transfers that were intended for Albatross fuselages, but never got around to finding anything suitable  :angel:

If it aint broke ,,fix it until it is .
Over kill is often very understated .
I know the voices in my head ain't real but they do come up with some great ideas.
Theres few of lifes problems that can't be solved with the proper application of a high explosive projectile .

Lovely woodwork.  I'm thinking the Red Rattler is a southern Superhero and the ride is half way through it's transformation. Press a button on the dash and the hood folds into the body & the souped up engine pops out. Press enough and a turbine exhaust pops out the tailgate.  :thumbsup:
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Ah, but El Chupacabra saw the light, gave away the supervillain life and was reborn as The Red Rattler using his powers for good only sucking bad goats who deserved it...
